At the recent Caucus meeting we were informed that the Western Region will be putting out a weekly communication letter. I asked if it was okay to post it on the blog and was told it would be fine so here it is.

Notice of Motion

A motion was made at the General Meeting on Monday night that will be dealt with at next months meeting. A pdf of the motion can be found here.

The Notice of Motion reads:

That we change Article 1, Section 6(a) from

“Fifteen (15) members excluding Executive Officers shall constitute quorum at a meeting of this local union:

TO

“Eleven (11) members excluding Executive Officers shall constitute quorum at a meeting of this local union.”
